Mediterranean-style holiday houses with sea view, 200-400 m to sandy beach

The very beautiful holiday houses, calmly situated, built at the Mediterranean style, embedded into a wonderful landscape, are in the locality La Ciaccia (Valledoria) in the centre of the north coast close to the locality Castelsardo (small town from the 11-century) at 200-400 m distance to a very beautiful and maintained sand beach.

The calm but central position of the holiday houses offers its guests a multiplicity of enterprises. First of all the appealing cost sides with beaches of fine sand, gravel, shells or rock, invite for bathing and second numerous trips in the still unaffected, pictorial nature, the attendance of delightful and interesting localities, as well as the inspection of pre-Christian cultural monuments guarantee a varied and a recovery vacation.

Our family also organizes trips into the interior, boat travels along the fascinating north coast, dinner in selected, typeically sardinian restaurants to show its guests the true Sardinia far away from the tourists paths, series of sport tournaments (fun and pleasure are important) and much more.....)

As our family lives in the same town we are at any time at the disposal of our guests - even our office is closed.

    “Die Architektur der Anlage ist sehr ansprechend. Trotz direkter Nachbarn (Touristen und Einheimische) ist man privat und ungestört. Die Dachterrasse bietet schönen Ausblick, ein Tischchen wäre jedoch wünschenswert. Liegen sind zumietbar. Ansonsten ist alles Notwendige, außer einer Kaffeemaschine, da - Quetschkanne mitbringen!. Es roch ein wenig abgestanden, vielleicht waren wir die ersten in der Saison? Die Betten sind bequem, das Bad geräumig. Ein kleiner Defekt wurde sofort behoben. Ein besonderes Plus ist das jederzeit ansprechbare Verwalterehepaar, vielen Dank!”

    “Minuspunkt ist, dass es keine Waschmaschine in dem Häuschen gibt, ansonsten alles vorhanden.
    Von uns oft benutzt wurde der Grill.
    Sehr sauber.
    Erwähnenswert ist die Dachterrasse, wir hatten einen super Blick zum Meer (gefühlte 100m Luftlinie) und wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge.”

    “Vielen Dank für die Bewertung. Ich möchte mich für die Handtücher entschuldigen. Da wir unsere Handtücher nicht rechtzeitig aus der Reinigung erhalten haben, mussten wir in diesem Fall leider auf unsere Reserve zurückgreifen. Die Unterkunft ist mit einer italienischen Espressokanne für den Herd und einem Plastiktrichter für Filterkaffee ausgestattet. Wir bemühen uns sehr, möglichst allen Bedürfnissen unseren internationalen Gästen gerecht zu werden. Die Ausstattung ist dementsprechend sehr ausgewogen organisiert. Des Weiteren können fehlende Gegenstände jederzeit hinzugefügt werden. Auf diesen speiziellen Service weisen wir jeden Gast hin. Wenn man Italien bucht, sollte man aber auch Italien akzeptieren. Vielen Dank für Ihren Besuch.”
