Near the dunes, ca. 120 m from the ocean, you find this well-equipped holiday cottage that has everything you might need for a goodholiday. The location near the dunes on a large natural plot completesthe holiday. The house is very spacious and well-dimensioned and hasunderfloor heating throughout the entire house.The dining/living room is tastefully furnished with a stereo system witha CD-player, a flat screen TV, high chair for the kids and a sofa and awood-burning stove. One of the mezzanines is turned into a playroom witha DVD-player and a flat screen TV. All beds have box mattresses.The large pool area has a big swimming pool with a water slide andcounter-current machine, a sauna, a shower and a whirlpool seating 4-6persons. After a long day it feels good to slip into the warm water andor let the sauna warm up your body. There are 4 bathrooms, all with ashower cubicle and underfloor heating.The activity room has darts and billiards. Or try beating the rest ofthe family in a game of table tennis of table football. There is even astereo system, PlayStation4 and a flat screen TV in the activity room.Outside you will find a sandpit and some swings for the kids. There is abig, open terrace as well as a covered terrace.Due to the size of the house the price for final cleaning on this Skanlux cottage deviates from the listed prices. Payment for consumption, cleaning and deposit must be in cash to the landlord at the house. No letting to youth groups.

    “Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut! Die Entfernungen zum Strand oder in die Stadt sind für Jugendliche und Erwachsene problemlos zu Fuß zu bewältigen. Für Kleinkinder benötigt man dafür einen Bollerwagen, weil man damit gleichzeitig Dinge transportieren kann, die man am Strand / in der Stadt benötigt. / Ums Haus herum ist genügend Platz für viele Kinder. Schaukel und Sandkasten sind von Erwachsenen immer einsehbar und daher gut zu baufsichtigen. / Auch im Innenbereich sind die Möglichkeiten zur Beschäftigung super. / Schade ist, dass es keine einzige Liege gibt, mit der man draußen in der Sonne liegen könnte. Blavand bietet alles was man mit Familien sucht.”
