High-quality apartment which is located in the immediate vicinity of the sandy beach, also centrally located. The villa is a real gem on the Crikvenica Riviera. The 150 year old villa (Art Nouveau) has been completely renovated and restored. Shops, restaurants and the extensive beach promenade are only about 150 meters from the house. There are 4 air conditioners and a safe in the object. The towels are changed every 3rd day.

On request, underground parking is also possible for € 8.00 per day. Fantastic sea view!

    “Empfehlenswert. Positiv: Die Lage und die Großflächigkeit der Wohnung. Negativ: Die vielen Kabel die umverkleidet aus der Wand sich auf einer Seite der Wohnung sich auf dem Boden verteilten. Auch denke ich wäre ein grosser Flachbildschirm für diesen grossen Raum angebracht. Empfehlung: Families, couples, seniors - Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir waren bereits zumzweiten mal da.
    Gute Betreuung vor Ort durch Monika.”

    “Absolut geniale, lichtdurchflutete Luxuswohnung in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand. Wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer. sehr zentral gelegen (Strand, Restaurants etc.) Herrliche Gegend zum Relaxen am Strand oder zum Radfahren. Wunderschönes Hinterland. Positiv: Sauberkeit, freundlicher und diskreter Service, keine Nebenkosten Empfehlung: Couples, seniors - Für Familien mit kleineren Kindern weniger gut geeignet.”
