The holiday home is located in Rovanjska, at the foothill of the Velebit mountain and only a few kilometres away from the National Park Paklenica. It is a small tourist place, mostly with holiday homes. There are a few restaurants and cafes nearby. The house is ca. 150 m away from the beach and 30 m away from the main road which passes below the house. It comprises two accommodation units connected by external stairs. Nearby, there are bicycle trails which take you up onto the Velebit mountain, from where there is an unforgettable view on the sea and neighbouring places. There is a possibility of renting a dinghy.
