This attractive and comfortable holiday home has two apartment units connected to each other by an external staircase. This holiday home, which is modest and comfortably furnished, is located in Kastelir, a small, typical Istrian town. You can spend peaceful hours during the day on the shaded terrace, playing board games such as Ludo and enjoy the rural atmosphere over a glass of wine during the evenings. Beautiful beaches and various sports activities are located nearby. There are two nightclubs to enjoy nightlife near the holiday resort. Do visit Porec, which has beautiful beaches and narrow streets. This city also has lot of cultural and historical attractions and adventures. Visnjan is located in interior Istria with a population of 615. This town is 12 km away from Porec and is ideal for both relaxed as well as active holidays. The astronomy festival that takes place during summer in Visnjan is very fascinating. A lot of exhibitions and lectures related to astronomy are held during the astronomy festival. The Visnjan summer nights are ideal for music lovers.

    “Hübsches, 2 geschossiges Haus, mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Außenbereich ist wunderschön angelegt. Am besten haben uns der Swimmingpool, der Pavillon und der riesige Garten gefallen. Ideal für einen Urlaub mit Kindern und/oder Hunden. Für Kinder ist im Gartenbereich ein hübscher Spielplatz angelegt. Die Vermieter sind mega-freundlich und zudem sehr tierlieb. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wieder dort unseren Urlaub verbringen.”

    “Äußerst symphatische Vermieter, Lage des Hauses ganz zentral im Ort, sehr sauber, alle Geräte funktionstüchtig und vorhanden wie in der Beschreibung. Garten (schön zum Spielen), Pool, Terrasse mit offenem (Grill-) Kamin und Balkon (sogar mit entferntem Meerblick!) - da kann man es aushalten - für Tier- und Naturliebhaber und Familien mit Kindern top geeignet, Einkaufen und Essengehen ist alles zu Fuß machbar. Wir waren zwei Familien mit drei Kindern und Hund und es hat allen sehr gefallen. Wir würden sofort wieder hinfahren.”
