Seafront one bedroom penthouse located on 4th floor, having combined kitchen dining living. A large terrace of 5metres by 3 metres commands breathtaking views of St Pauls bay. Apartment is also fully air conditioned. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and a bbq.


There are 5 low steps at the entrance leading towards the elevator. The apartment is on the 6th floor and is served with lift up to the fourth floor. One must go up the stairs for the last 2 floors.


Romantic sunsets compliment the scenery and makes it ideal for couples and honeymooners. The bedroom has a double bed, 5 wardrobe, chest of drawers and a vanity unit. Linked to the bedroom there are two small terraces overlooking a green area. Penthouse comes equipped also with sofa beds, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, fans, heat insulation and iron & board



Please note that in the weekly price of the property utilities are included as per below: 0.5 cubic meters of water per person per week 100 KWh per apartment per week 1 gas bottle per apartment per week These consumptions for water, gas, and electricity should be more than sufficient for normal use for a week. If the above-mentioned parameters are exceeded, rates will apply for the extra consumptions: The water and electricity meters are noted at the beginning and end of the stay. Regarding the monthly rate, please note that the price does Never include bills of gas, water, and electricity. The guest will just pay what they consume.     “Beste Aussicht vom Balkon auf Bucht und Hafen. Wir haben hier viele Stunden einfach nur in der Sonne gesessen und den Ausblick genossen. Die Wohnung ist einfach, aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wenn man etwas zu bemängeln sucht, ist es das Licht. Das elektrische Licht war abends im Wohnraum ungemütlich, entweder kaltes Deckenlicht oder sehr dunkle Tischlampe, die kaum zum Lesen reicht. Die Wohnung ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge und Busfahrten über die Insel.”

    “Das Apartement ist leider noch nicht so ausgestattet wie man es erwarten könnte. Es gab z.B. keine Teelöffel. Da unter dem Haus eine viel befahrene Straße verläuft ist auch mit einer hohen Straßenlärmbelästigung zu rechnen. Nichts für Ruhesuchende. Die Schlafmöglichkeiten für Kinder sind nur dann möglich, wenn zwei Sofas zusammengeschoben werden. Wenn ein starker Wind weht zieht es extrem und ist zusätzlich auch sehr laut.
    Gut war der Angelplatz direkt vor dem Haus und der Blick in die Bucht. Um zum Bäcker zu kommen ist es notwendig, wenn ein Auto zur Verfügung steht, da es doch ziemlich abseits liegt. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In diesem Fall gibt es absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Der Preis in der Hochsaison wäre aber trotzdem zu hoch.”

    “Die Kunden haben Recht. Die zwei Sofabetten sind mehr geeignet fuer zwei kleine Kinder (bis zum 9 Jahren alt). Also jetzt um diese Problem zu loesen, wenn Ich altere Kinder im Penthouse habe, dann stelle Ich ein extra Zustellklappbett im Wohnzimmer.

    In Bezug auf der Verkehr muss Ich schreiben, dass im Moment der diese Familie auf Malta waren, gab es Bauarbeiten auf die Hauptstrasse und da die Hauptstrasse geschlossen fuer die Verkehr war, dann sollte der Verkehr vor die Wohnunggebaude vorbeifahren. Jetzt ist alles in Ordnung und so der Verkehr faehrt einfach durch die Hauptstrasse und nicht mehr vorbei die Wohnunggebaude.”
