Tucked in the ski area of Walchen in Salzburg is this cosy wooden chalet. It is ideal for families or a group of 6 and offers a private garden with seating and breath-taking country views. There is a fireplace and streaming service, alongside a terrace for barbecue and 2 parking spots for your cars.

Grossglockner, the highest mountain in Austria, has a nice route, and can be reached under 1.5 hours by car. Krimmler waterfalls is nearly an hour via a car, while WOW Glacier Love - Festival Area, where you can enjoy electronic music and winter sports festivals is only 8 km away. Castle Kaprun is also only 8 km away and has been the setting for movies like The Sound of Music, is now a museum and you can enjoy a knightly meal there. Hohe Tauern National Park is largest national parks in central Europe and is an hour’s drive away.

The chalet adorns modern and complete wooden décor and offers a relaxing experience in the lap of nature.

Salzburg Airport is 10 km away.

    “Een heel mooi appartement met een prachtig uitzicht, maar de !!! extreem!!! volwassen is geworden. De ondersteuning ter plaatse was ook geweldig! Toch kan ik het chalet niet meer aanbevelen. De matrassen in de twee slaapkamers zijn slechts grofvuil en beide slaapkamers ruiken erg muf - de verhuurder probeert dit te compenseren met geurdispensers. Absoluut onbeschaamd om zoiets van een gast te verwachten! Daarom zijn we de dag ervoor vertrokken.”

    “A really nice apartment with a beautiful view but the !!! extreme !!! has come of age. The on-site support was also great! Nevertheless, I cannot recommend the chalet more highly. The mattresses in the two bedrooms are only bulky waste and both bedrooms smell very musty - the landlord is trying to compensate for this with fragrance dispensers. An absolute disgrace to expect a guest something like that! That's why we left the day before.”

    “Un appartement vraiment sympa avec une belle vue mais le !!! extrême !!! est arrivé à maturité. L'assistance sur place était également excellente! Néanmoins, je ne peux que recommander le chalet plus fortement. Les matelas des deux chambres ne sont que des déchets encombrants et les deux chambres sentent très le moisi - le propriétaire essaie de compenser cela avec des diffuseurs de parfum. Une impudence absolue d'attendre quelque chose comme ça d'un invité ! C'est pourquoi nous sommes partis la veille.”

    “Eine wirklich schöne Wohnung mit schöner Aussicht die aber !!! extrem !!! in die Jahre gekommen ist.

    Die Betreuung vor Ort war auch super!

    Dennoch kann ich das Chalet nicht weiter empfehlen. De Matratzen in den beiden Schlafzimmern sind nur noch Sperrmüll und es riecht in beiden Schlafzimmerns sehr muffig - der Vermieter versucht dies durch Duftspender zu kompensieren.

    Eine absolute Unverschämtheit einem Gast so etwas zuzumuten!

    Daher sind wir auch einen Tag vorher abgereist.”

    “De ligging van het chalet is erg mooi, net als het uitzicht. Het huis is erg klein en gezellig zoals geadverteerd. Het huis is erg goedkoop en daar is een reden voor. Helaas verpest de geur die steeds uit de kelder komt, veel / alles. Ondanks de lage prijs en ook de positieve dingen zullen we het chalet niet opnieuw huren.”
