This is a brand new seafront apartment block of highly finished 2 bedroom apartments and a 1 bedroom penthouse. All apartments are served by lift. Due to their position the apartments enjoy breathtaking views from the combined room and the balcony. Apartment is also fully air conditioned. The balcony can accommodate 4 seated persons and a coffee table. The apartments are very spacious and have 2 single beds in each bedroom and have a possibility of sleeping 2 more in the combined room. The apartment is finished all with solid wood furniture, leather sofas or sofa beds, orthopedic mattresses, individual reading lights, fans, heaters, towels and linen, a fully equipped kitchen,Satellite Tv, radio, washing machine,intercom etc. The apartment block faces one of the most preserved fishing harbor, where one can still enjoy the charm and romanticism of the local fishermen going in and out in the traditional colorful Maltese boats called Luzzu. A reserved swimming zone which is very popular with the locals is just 150m away and makes a perfect spot for a quick swim. The bus stop is just opposite the apartment. All sandy beaches, ferries to secluded beaches and islands, shops, health centers including hospital, pharmacies,banks, restaurants, bars, casino, water sport centers, walking tracks and promenades, night clubs, open air discos, fun parks, etc are all close to the apartment. Also in Malta there is 7000 years of history to discover. for those who opt to hire a car, there is plenty outside parking and the owner can arrange bargain car rental deals. The owner is available for support 24/7 and offers to help you plan your holiday so you know what to see and do and when. thus you make the most of your holiday.

Please note that in the weekly price of the property utilities are included as per below: 0.5 cubic meters of water per person per week 150 KWh per apartment per week 1 gas bottle per apartment per week These consumptions for water, gas, and electricity should be more than sufficient for normal use for a week. If the above-mentioned parameters are exceeded, rates will apply for the extra consumptions: The water and electricity meters are noted at the beginning and end of the stay. Regarding the monthly rate, please note that the price does Never include bills of gas, water, and electricity. The guest will just pay what they consume. 100% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival

    “Es fehlte uns an einer Kaffee-Filtermaschine. Klimaanlage wäre besser als Ventilatoren. Der Empfang von deutschen TV-Programm ist mangelhaft.Der Blick ist wunderbar und natürlich die Busanbindung. Die nächste Badestelle nicht weit. Filzgleiter unter den Stühlen (in sämtlichen Wohnungen) wäre eine Kleinigkeit und ein Gewinn für alle Mieter. Hellere Beleuchtung ist notwendig. Der Türdurchgang im 3. OG. ist seltsam verengt....einen Sinn konnten wir darin nicht erkennen!”

    “Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Wir freuen uns, dass Sie einen schönen Aufenthalt in Malta hatten. In der Tat befindet sich die Wohnung direkt vor dem Meer und hat einen wunderschönen Meerblick.

    Wir stellen keine Kaffeemaschine zur Verfügung. Wir stellen einen normalen Wasserkocher zur Verfügung, der für Instantkaffee verwendet werden kann. Wir bieten auch einen Funnell, der für gefilterten Kaffee verwendet werden kann. Die Wohnung hat keine Klimaanlage (wie auf der Anzeige angegeben), hat es Fans in allen Zimmern. Da die Wohnung direkt vor dem Meer liegt, hat man wunderbare Meerblicke. Wir bieten iptv mit über tausend Kanälen an. Es stehen mehrere deutsche Kanäle zur Verfügung.
