Well-appointed holiday cottage with everything your heart maydesire.The house is very spacious with 2 separate sleeping areas, each with 1bathroom and there is also an extra bathroom next to the pool area. Atotal of 3 bathrooms, they all have underfloor heating.All 7 bedrooms and the mezzanine have box mattresses. The pool area hasa large swimming pool, water slide, large built-in whirlpool and saunafor 4-6 persons. The living room has a tasteful decor with modernfurniture, wood-burning stove and flat screen TV.On the other side of the centrally located dining/living room you willfind the activity room with darts, table tennis, table football orbilliards. There is also a bar and a stereo system for entertainment.For the children there are PlayStation 2 and 4 (no games).The large plot, that surrounds the house, has a sandpit and swings.Large, open terrace suited for barbecues.Due to the size of the house the price for final cleaning on this Skanlux cottage deviates from the listed prices. Payment for consumption, cleaning and deposit must be in cash to the landlord at the house. No letting to youth groups.
