Holiday apartment with sea view

The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house, built in 2006 and is in the typical country style furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the hillside location.
For common use are available: sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower and garden furniture. Large summer kitchen with coffee machine (coffee for free), electric cooker and dishwasher. Bicycle storage.

Crikvenica. The holiday apartement is located on a closed plot. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance.
Holiday flats KVA CRI 311, 313, 314, 316, 317, 319 and 320 (each for 5 persons) and holiday flats KVA CRI 312, 315 and 318 (each for 3 persons) are located in the same house.
The access goes via a side road. Parking lot (for 15 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning / heating: air conditioner. Facilities: cot and internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via satellite.

Outdoor pool (heatable, 4 m x 8 m, depth 1,5 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the end of April to the beginning of November. Covered if necessary.
