Very beautiful, cosy, comfortable timber house 800 m a.s.l., surrounded by trees and meadows. 2 houses in the residence. In the district of Kranzbach 3 km from the centre of Gröbming, 14 km from the centre of Haus im Ennstal, 22 km from the centre of Schladming, in a sunny position on a slope, in the countryside. For shared use: natural state property 30 ha with meadow, courtyard, swimming pool round fenced (10 x 5 m, depth 100 - 280 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan.-31.Dec.). Terrace, garden furniture. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. In Winter: please take snow chains. Communal covered parking at the house. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Stein an der Enns" 6 km, outdoor swimming pool 3 km, bathing lake "Aich" 11 km. Mountain railway 16 km, ski lift 13 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hauser Kaibling 14 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. Property ref. AT8962.636.1/2 is situated on the same property.     “Prima vakantiehuis, mooi uitzicht, 4 ruime slaapkamers, goede bedden. Keuken van alle gemakken voorzien. Kleine minpuntjes: ong. 150 meter verderop loopt een vrij drukke weg en in het huisje missen gemakkelijke stoelen. Ligstoelen voor buiten op aanvraag (gratis) verkrijgbaar. Hele aardige eigenaren, die graag een praatje maken. Het huisje ligt op het terrein van een nog werkende boerderij. Prima uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen.”

    “Sehr schönes Haus, ideal für 2 Familien oder kleine Gruppen. Gemütlich eingerichtet, mit allem was man zur Selbstversorgung braucht ausgestattet. Praktisch: 2 Zimmer mit eigenem Bad, 2 Zimmer teilen sich großes Bad mit Sauna.
    Das Haus gehört zu einem Bauernhof. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und erfüllen auch manchen Sonderwunsch. Unsere Kinder konnten mit den hofeigenen Hunden und Katzen spielen oder bei der Arbeit mit den Kühen dabei sein. Allein in unserer Woche wurden 5 Kälbchen geboren, was für Stadtkinder schon interessant ist.”

    “Ein sehr sauberes und modernes Ferienhaus. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, es fehlt wirklich an gar nichts. Keine durchgelegenen Matratzen oder ähnliches. Das Haus ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen. Die Vermieter sind Top. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.”
