The modern furnished holiday home in Brixen im Thale has 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is in a fantastic place in the middle of the pleasant village center. You have a beautiful view of the mountains and the holiday home is particularly suitable for a wonderful holiday with family and friends.

The gondola (with connection to the largest ski area of ​​Austria) can be reached within 2 minutes through the ski bus. The many restaurants and shops in the village are located directly in front of the door. Walking in Aschau or a visit to the natural pond with a swimming pool in Brixen; There is plenty to do in this beautiful region.

The holiday home of the type 2-under-1 cover was built in 2008 and covers 3 floors. With a large living room (wooden floor) with fireplace and 2 bathrooms with (rainshower) showers and bathtub and the new kitchen it looks great. The open kitchen has all possible built-in appliances and a dishwasher. There is free WiFi, a ski storage room and carport parking.

After gaining experience with renting out a home in Kirchberg we have accepted a new challenge to create a great vacation spot in this house in Brixen. The house is comfortable and offers room to 14 adults. Based on our own experience and responses from guests we have invested in a new central heating system to improve the comfort in the house in 2019. We also bought a new couch and lounge chair for the living room to enjoy a moment of relaxation after a day of skiing, hiking or mountainbiking in 2019!
The Brixental offers both in sommer and winter all kinds of options for an enjoyable vacation! In sommer you can hike, mountainbike, swim and play golf in the area. In the winter the Kitzbüheler Alps offer a lot of winter fun! Skiing, snowboarding or cross country skiing everything is possible on every level.
