As part of our Luxury Collection, this house offers an extra degree of luxury in the form of, for example, extra space and comfort, interior design or styling, architecture, facilities or experiences. This fantastic holiday home with space for two to three families is located in the heart of the seaside resort of Marielyst. The house is furnished with comfortable furniture and was renovated in 2020. The centerpiece of the house is the 16 m² pool and the jacuzzi with space for 2-3 people . There is also a sauna. The functional kitchen is perfectly equipped. The living room with fireplace leads to the large, partially covered terrace, which is a great place for nice barbecues. A very special highlight awaits you on the terrace: an outdoor hot tub. Behind the house you will find another terrace with a petanque lane and an outdoor chessboard, and in the garden you will also find a 12-hole krolf lane ('krolf' is a combination of the Danish words 'kroket' (croquet) and 'golf'). From this beautiful holiday home it is only a few minutes' walk to a bowling center and restaurants. Other nearby activities include: an 18-hole golf course, a go-karting center and a fun & golf course. The charming Nykøbing Falster with its cosy, old streets and many shops is only 12 km away. There is a 22KW charging facility for e-cars at the house. Think of the type 2 charging cable!
