L'appartamento fa parte di una struttura rurale del 1600 ristrutturata nel 2007 e si trova all'interno di una azienda agrituristica, dove sono presenti oltre ad una chiesetta privata, una serie di strutture rurali in grado di ospitare fino a 30 persone. L'azienda agricola che si estende su una superficie di circa 200 ettari, pratica metodi di coltivazione biologica.

L'appartamento è composto da una camera con letto matrimoniale e divano letto matrimoniale nello stesso ambiente con angolo cottura, mentre in un' altra camera il bagno.
All'esterno splendido terrazzo con possibilità di mangiare in un'area indipendente su un tavolo con delle panche, barbecue esterno.

    “Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in super Lage. Ich kann die vorherigen Bewertungen nur bestätigen (mit der Ausnahme der lauten Musik - als wir in der letzten Maiwoche dort waren, war es sehr ruhig). Zusätzlich kann der schöne Spielplatz direkt neben dem Ferienhaus hervorgehoben werden. Unsere Kinder haben sich dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Schönen Gruß auch an die beiden kleineren Töchter der Vermieterfamilie, Anita und Frederica, mit denen unsere Kinder gespielt hatten. Die Vermieterfamilie ist sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Wir haben uns trotz der fehlenden Italienischkenntnisse sehr gut verstanden.”

    “Schön gemachtes Haus aus hochwertigen Materialien in ruhiger Lage. Aus Feldsteinen gemauerte Wände und Holzdecken schaffen wohnliche Atmosphäre. Fliegengitter vor sämtlichen Fenstern sorgen für ruhigen Schlaf ohne lästige Mücken.
    Großer überdachter Sitzplatz mit schönem Panoramablick auf Meer und Küste.
    Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und spendierte Spezialitäten aus eigenem Anbau.”

    “Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sauber. Alles war vorhanden, auch ein Bügeleisen und ein Fön. Die Waschmaschine konnte kostenlos benutzt werden. Der Vermieter war sehr nett. Die Lage war sehr ruhig aber trotzdem war vieles in der Nähe. Kann dieses Objekt auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.”

    “Très propre, belles prestations internes; magnifique point de vue sur mer et alentours, mais à ne pas recommander en période de forte chaleur; trop chaud, pas assez d'ombre devant la maison, et quasi impossibilité d'aérer les soirs avec la lumière (invasion de guécos).
    D'autre part, pendant le jour, il y a beaucoup de guêpes, ce qui rend les repas dehors désagréables et difficiles. Et à l'intérieur, trop chaud.
    donc en fin d'automne, le jour tombant vite, je déconseille; je pense qu'en revanche au printemps, ou début d'été , s'il ne fait pas trop chaud, ça doit être + agréable.

    A recommander à ceux qui veulent une grande tranquillité; très calme et très isolé. Le coté champêtre est agréable également.”
