You can enjoy a mountainous landscape with fragrant alpine herbs, rushing streams and a captivating view of the seasonal colours. This annex of a farmhouse has been transformed into a holiday home. The farmhouse of the landlord is located just 20 metres away. You can enjoy your holiday with the advantages of living in a farmhouse; however, as the home is an annex you can enjoy your holiday in privacy. The furnishing is modern and cosy and the open fireplace provides a homely atmosphere on cooler days. The kitchen is equipped with all the features required to enjoy a holiday such as kettle, egg cooker, toaster and a barbecue table. You can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains and the valley from the balcony. Once a week, the farmer’s wife bakes bread in the basement of the holiday home. Meals are available on request. There is a barbecue in the garden. This fantastic experience in a family-friendly atmosphere offers a lot of activities. Baking bread, roasting sausages in campfire, play and seating tables, tractor cross, petting enclosure, trout pond and so on are some of the activities. There are many winter activities too. The family ski area called Hochrindl is a preferred winter sports area in Carinthia. This ski area has 20 km of perfectly tended slopes, with the altitude between 1500-1900 metres above sea level. Skiing is offered for both beginners and advanced level skiers, providing an enjoyable skiing and boarding options. The ski slopes of Hochrindl are not only good for skiers, but also ideal for cross country skiers, winter hikers, curling and tobogganing. The end of a perfect adventurous day in winter is an atmospheric après ski.

    “Das Haus ist sehr schön und gut eingerichtet, nette Vermieter, die jederzeit ihre Hilfe anbieten. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Im Sommer würden wir jederzeit gerne wieder hinfahren. Zum Skigebiet führt eine Serpentinenstraße, für weniger geübte Autofahrer etwas schwierig.”
