This spacious apartment with a beautiful fireplace, in a newly adapted holiday home is in a tranquil neighbourhood. This home is in the centre of a forest district in a town called Schönbach. This apartment can be reached through an external staircase with a separate entrance. Pleasant and brightly lit rooms are delightful for spending cosy hours. Numerous leisure time activities are available in the neighbourhood during summer. There are several ponds, horse riding, cycling and hiking options in the area. There are also activities for people interested in culture. Zwettl and Melk Abbeys, Ottenschlag Palace, the Rappottenstein and Lohnbachfall Castles are worth visiting. This region is ideal for cross-country skiing in winter. There are other activities such as winter hiking, ice skating, tobogganing, and sleigh riding. The landlord’s farm is located just minutes away from the house, where you can buy milk and eggs. There is a shared washing machine that can be used at an extra charge.
