“First of all, we were not allowed in at first, so to speak, the booking was from Monday 27 December to Monday 3 January. And my booking was with me from Saturday 25th December to Saturday 1st January. So house was not cleaned and key was not present. I had to contact a friend who had already been there to know where the cleaning lady lives in rascheid! So this is my experience.”

“Zum einen durften wir zunächst sozusagen nicht rein, die Buchung war von Montag 27.12. bis Montag 03.01. Und meine Buchung war von Samstag, 25. Dezember bis Samstag, 1. Januar, bei mir. Also wurde das Haus nicht gereinigt und der Schlüssel war nicht vorhanden. Ich musste mich an einen Freund wenden, der schon einmal dort war, um zu erfahren, wo die Putzfrau in Rascheid wohnt! Das ist also meine Erfahrung.”

“Ten eerste mochten we eerst niet binnen zogezegd was de boeking maar vanaf de maandag 27 december tot de maandag 3 januari. En mijn boeking was bij mij van zaterdag 25 december tot zaterdag 1 januari. Dus huis was niet gekuist en sleutel was ook niet aanwezig. Ik heb een vriend moeten contacteren die er al geweest was om te weten waar de poetsvrouw woont in rascheid! Dus dit is mijn ervaring.”

“Premièrement, nous n'étions pas autorisés à entrer dans un premier temps, pour ainsi dire, la réservation était du lundi 27 décembre au lundi 3 janvier. Et ma réservation était avec moi du samedi 25 décembre au samedi 1er janvier. La maison n'a donc pas été nettoyée et la clé n'était pas présente. J'ai dû contacter un ami qui était déjà passé par là pour savoir où habite la femme de ménage à rascheid ! Voici donc mon expérience.”

“Nice house on the edge of a very quiet village. Beautiful view over the woods. Unfortunately, there is nothing in the village in terms of facilities so you really do need a car for shopping and eating out. Bed is fine, only in the middle a fairly hard wooden edge. And it's a short bed. Everything was neat when we arrived. To be repeated.”
