Holiday home Secluded, with pool and sea views

The standig individually holiday home, renovated in 2019 is modern and rustic furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet, sunny and secluded location at the water.
For sole use are available: sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, fire place and court. The house has 2 covered terraces with barbecue and garden furniture, one is on the ground floor of the house, another directly by the sea

Location
Tkon, district Tkon. The holiday home is located on a 700 sqm, closed water plot with trees, limited by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property.
Although this house is located in a remote area where there are no traditional electricity and water systems, this house provides 220 V electricity, hot water using the solar panels and has a TV with satellite channels
The access goes via a field or forest path (unpaved). Parking lot (for 2 cars) on a parking lot in the village (distance 250 m). Can be approached by boat - mooring on request, no additional charge. The house cannot be approached by car, the next parking lot is 250m away. If guests do not come to the island by car, a transfer by boat from Biograd na Moru to the house on the day of arrival and back on the day of departure is possible. Upon request, guests have the option of delivering groceries or other necessities.

There is no heating. Facilities: internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via satellite.
