Modern holiday apartments newly built in 2016 in a quiet location near the beach and the Marina Dalmacija and ten minutes by car from Zadar

This house newly built in 2016 offers two modern holiday apartments to let. It is in a quiet part of Bibinje just 200 metres from the sea and the Marina Dalmacija. Both apartments are on the ground floor of the house.

They both have interiors of a high standard, equipped with a TV (90 channels), air conditioning and Internet access free of charge.

Each apartment features its own furnished terrace. The garden is shared and parking spaces are also available.

It is just 100 metres to the nearest grocery shop and 200 metres to the beach. It is a ten-minute drive to Zadar. This historical twn offers a perfect combination of sightseeing and culture, beach and leisure. Go on a stroll through the old town, which is on a peninsula separate from the new town. You can also visit the national parks between 40 and 100 kilometres away.

Three modern holiday apartments in a newly built (2016) designer house close to the sea

Newly built apartments in Bibinje (two 40m2 each and one 130 m²), completed in 2016, we are waiting for our first guests. The apartments are in a quiet part of Bibinje, 200 meters from the sea and 200 meters from the marina Dalmacija. The apartments are located near the school, the first shop is only ca 100 m and the city of Zadar is a 10 minute drive.

This holiday apartment is on the first floor and features a living space of 130 m2: with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a private 15m² terrace, Kitchen of 10 meters, netflix and sat tv, 164 cm TV.

There is a terrace, a large garden and lawn.

The apartment was completed in 2019.

Close to the national parks of Krka and Kornati as well as the towns of Zadar, Šibenik, Biograd

    Liebe,
    Entschuldigung, dass Sie nicht glücklich waren, aber einige Dinge stimmen nicht.

    Die Außenseite der Lichter fehlt nicht, es gibt 1 auf jeder Terrasse und 3 vor dem Eingang (insgesamt 5). Ein unkorrekter Eindruck kann sein, dass der Architekt zwei weitere Kabel verlegt hat, die leer sind, und dass sie nicht leicht installiert sind, da dies nicht erforderlich ist.


    Der Toaster steht in der Küche in einer Schublade, vielleicht hast du nicht gut ausgesehen. Der Wasserkocher auch, tiefe Teller auch, kleine Teelöffel und mehrere Schalen.


    Es ist wahr, dass das Schlafsofa beschädigt ist. Der Schaden trat auf, als Sie vor Ihnen ausgegangen sind und wir ihn nicht reparieren oder kaufen ließen, da die Kugel einige Stunden vor Ihrer Ankunft bemerkt wurde.


    Es ist wahr, dass das Problem mit der Dusche und dem verstopften Schlauch aufgetreten ist. Dies ist zum ersten Mal seit 4 Jahren passiert, leider für Sie. Die schwarze Grube war mit Wasser gefüllt, leider haben wir es nicht rechtzeitig bemerkt. Das Problem wurde so schnell wie möglich behoben und ich hoffe, es wird nie wieder vorkommen, da wir jetzt regelmäßig die schwarze Grube überprüfen.


    Für jeden Gast hinterlassen wir ein großes und ein kleines Handtuch, es steht auch eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung.

    Auf Wunsch gaben wir 2 zusätzliche Handtücher. Der Herr lehnte unseren Vorschlag ab, mehr Handtücher mitzunehmen. Wir stehen jedem Gast zur Verfügung und stellen bei Bedarf eine unbegrenzte Anzahl Handtücher und Bettwäsche zur Verfügung.

    sorry that you were not happy, but some things are not correct.

    Exterior of light does not lack, there are 1 on each terrace and 3 in front of the entrance (5 in total). An improper impression may be that the architect has run two more cables that are empty, and they are not installed light because it is not necessary.


    The toaster is in the kitchen in one drawer, maybe you did not look good. The kettle also, deep plates also, small teaspoons and several bowls.


    It is true that the sofa bed is damaged. The damage occurred when you went out before you and we did not get it repaired or bought because the bullet was noticed a few hours before your arrival.


    It is true that the problem with the shower and the clogged tube has occurred. This has happened for the first time in 4 years since the house was built, unfortunately for you. The black pit was filled with water, unfortunately we did not notice it in time. The problem has been resolved as soon as possible and I hope it will never happen again because we are now checking the black pit regularly.


    For each guest we leave one big and one small towel, there is also a washing machine available.

    At the request we gave 2 additional towels. The Lord rejected our proposal to take more towels. We are available to every guest, and we provide unlimited number of towels and bedlinen if needed.

    “Die Ferienwohnung ist aufgrund des Baujahres von 2016 noch sehr sauber, gepflegt und neuwertig eingerichtet. Am Ortsrand von Bibinje gelegen, ist man doch innerhalb von 8 Minuten im Zentrum, Strand. Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber geputzt, Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden nach einer Woche gewechselt. Der Vermieter ist sehn nett und bemüht, Verständigung allerdings nur auf Englisch möglich. Bisher wohnt der Vermieter noch nicht in dem Objekt selbst!!!”
