Your vacation object:
 The holiday house is placed on a 2100 sqm and an open garden property with meadow, flowers and bushes. Through the property flows a brook. A bridge leads to the forest. The natural swimming pool 20X30 m on the property, the water is clean, fresh soaking and bathing is amazing. In winter you can go ice skating. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The facilities are at your disposal for exclusive use. Relax outdoor at the sunbathing area with parasol, sunlounger and garden furniture. The playground with swing, sandpit and climbing scaffold makes children's hearts beat faster. Barbecue possibilities are available. The campfire place promises romantic evenings. Your fitness, you can keep busy with darts.
Your holiday house: Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 5 rooms (from which 4 bedrooms), is 240 sqm and can accommodate up to 12 persons. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with electric heating. The entrance leads over 4 steps directly in the porch. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Common room as intersecting room, 50 sqm and with fireplace, lounge, dinette, TV, DVD and radio. The dinette offers space for 12 persons. Kitchen as intersecting room, 20 sqm and with dinette, electric cooker (4 plates), oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 2 persons. Bathroom with bathtub, WC and washing machine.
Top floor: Bedroom 15 sqm and with 1 double bed and lounge. Bedroom 40 sqm and with 2 double beds and 1 single bed, lounge, TV and radio. Bedroom 13 sqm and with 1 double bed and lounge. Bedroom 20 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 single bed and lounge. Bathroom with shower and WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.
Pets: allowed, CZK 400.00/pet per stay.

Location: Desná v Jizerských horách, district Černá Říčka, 800 m above sea level. The individually standing holiday house is rustic, practical and in the typical country style furnished. The property is located in a holiday home area on the outskirts of town. The domicile is also popular because of the view over woods and the quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest and waterfront. Typickým Jizera Mountains v přírodní rezervaci. The access to the property takes place over a bituminized main street. At the holiday house there are 4 car parking spaces at your disposal on the property. The nearest shopping possibility is 4 km away, restaurant 3 km and town centre 3 km. railway station in Desna 3,5 km. indoor swimming pool, sauna each 10 km in Jablonec nad Nisou. discotheque in Smrzovka 9 km. railway line 3,5 km.
In the summer: Badeteich 20x30 m in am Haus 50 m. For the nautical interested among you there is a boat rental in Jablonec nad Nisou, 10 km. Fisherman have the possibility to drop the fishing-rod in Jablonec nad Nisou, 10 km. Further sports and leisure offers await you in the surroundings. For example golf in Jablonec nad Nisou 10 km. tennis, mini golf each 4 km in Tanvald. Outdoor pool in Tanvald 4 km.
In the winter: The nearest ski lift is located in 600 m distance in Desna. Furthermore there is a cross-country ski run in Desna, 200 m and an ice skating rink in Jablonec nad Nisou, 10 km. A toboggan run is located in Tanvald, 4 km. ski rental, ski school each 600 m in Desna.

    “Wir waren vom 27.04. bis 01.05.2018 mit 12 Personen in diesem Ferienhaus. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war top. Insgesamt war das Grundstück sehr großzügig, die Terasse und die Wiese waren toll zum entspannen und spielen. Das Haus ist sehr urig, der Aufenthaltsraum ist mit dem offenen Kamin und der Kneipenatmosphäre sehr gemütlich und bietet für 12 Personen ausreichend Platz. In der Umgebung gibt es schöne Ausflugsziele. Die Anfahrt ist sehr gut beschrieben. Parkplätze sind in ausreichender Zahl vorhanden.
    Einige Dinge entsprachen jedoch leider nicht der Beschreibung.
    1. die Zapfanlage war augenscheinlich schon seit längerem defekt.
    2. WLAN war nicht vorhanden
    3. Das Naturschwimmbecken beinhaltete kein Wasser
    4. es gab keine Schaukel und kein Sandkasten
    5. Ein Sonnenschirm und Sonnenliegen waren nicht vorhanden
    6. Das Kaminholz war sehr nass
    7. Viele Heizkörper ließen sich nicht schließen, Thermostatventile waren nicht vorhanden
    8. Das große Fenster in Raum 2 konnte nicht geöffnet werden
    9. der Abfluss der Küchenspüle war undicht
