Modern holiday house with a terrace and a garden

The holiday house of around 85m² is in the lovely monastery village of Walkenried in the Harz region, about five kilometres from Bad Sachsa. There are a supermarket and restaurant within walking distance.



The house can accommodate four people and one child. The two floors provide everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The ground floor has a big living and dining room with satellite TV (including USB port) and a fully-equipped kitchen separated off spatially by beams, a big bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200cm), and a bathroom. The other two bedrooms are on the upper floor, one with a single bed (90 x 200cm) and a balcony, and one with two single beds (90 x 200cm). The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. Wireless Internet access is available throughout the house. The house has night storage heating.



The terrace and the little, fully fenced garden round off the picture. There are car parking spaces in and in front of the garage.



ATTENTION : The additional costs (costs on site) such as final cleaning, dog, visitor's tax and deposit etc. must be transferred before the start of the journey.

    Very comfortable sofa and good Wi-Fi. The double bed could have been a bit longer for me (1.88),
    but the generous roofing in the entrance area has compensated us, as the bedroom was also on this side and therefore always well shaded even on sunny days.
