This complex is surrounded by a beautiful garden and is located halfway in between Guia de Isora and Playa San Juan

The 6500 m² property boasts six units with Wi-Fi access and a heated swimming pool (8 m x 8 m) with a wooden deck, a large patio, which are communally used. The pool area is furnished with plenty of sun loungers.

It is six kilometres from Playa San Juan and the beach, three and a half kilometres to Guia de Isora and eight kilometres to the Abama Golf Course.

This house has two double bedrooms, each furnished with two 90 x 200 cm mattresses. Both bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a bidet. The patio offers views of the garden and the pool and the second patio faces east, letting you enjoy your breakfast in the morning. The large heated pool and Jacuzzi (38 degrees Celsius), outdoor shower, a relax area, sun loungers and shades and the large outdoor kitchen grant views of the garden and the ocean.

This Casa Seville is located on a Finca in Playa San Juan a typical fishing village in southwestern Tenerife. From the property, you can enjoy unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean and La Gomera.

    “Excellent villa on a nice closed and well-organized site. Most other apartments were not occupied except for the last day when 4 young guys were very emphatically present. Why those guests were there and not in eg Los Cristianos or Las Americas is a mystery to me. Furthermore, had a wonderful time there. Beautiful terrace, stunning views and every evening we were 'visited' by a still unidentified night bird that produced a very special sound. We only baptized him as waku waku.
    Excellent facilities and pleasant reception.
    All in all great holiday.”

    “Uitstekende villa op een leuk afgesloten en overzichtelijk terrein. Most of the other apartments were not bezet met uitzondering van de laatste dag toen 4 jonge kerels zeer nadrukkelijk aanwezig were. Whatever the guests in no way in Los Cristianos of Las Americas is me a raadsel. Verder heerlijk gehad daar. Magnificent terras, schitterend uitzicht en iedere avond kregen we 'bezoek' van een nog niet nader geidentificeerde night bird die een zeer bijzonder geluid produceerde.
