This hotel with a total of 12 studios is just 2.5km from the centre of the historical town of Preveza, in the picturesque Psathaki region.
The luxurious, light studios can accommodate two or more people (maximum four people). All the studios are independent and have a living room with an open kitchen, a bathroom and other highlights. They have a fireplace for cold winter days and air conditioning for regulating the temperature. It is an apartment complex with its own private veranda, so you can enjoy sunny days. The comfort of the interiors, combined with a high aesthetic standard, creates the right atmosphere for a perfect stay.
The hotel has a big, free parking area, but you can also park off site, surrounded by impressive trees and plants.
The boutique hotel has been set up to meet modern-day requirements, with a high level of comfort, luxury and a range of services. It has a restaurant with Greek cuisine, an indoor and an outdoor lobby, a bar and a café, along with a reception, daily room cleaning and free Internet access.
Psathaki is famous for it beach with characteristically warm water, which washes around the roots of the eucalyptus trees growing there. It is a unique piece of nature and attracts painters in the region. The town of Preveza is enchanting and has a long history. Its conquerors left visible traces of their influence on the architecture, with narrow alleys in the old town (Sheitan Bazaar) and the manor houses of the 19th century, whilst the town beach has a strong island flair. The town of Preveza is famous for its remarkable monuments. Each visitor can go on a lovely walk and visit the historical sites. One of them is the ancient town of Nikopolis, which is at the entrance to the Ambracian Gulf and was built in 31BC. Don’t miss a visit to the Nikopolis museum, where impressive finds are exhibited. In the centre of town you can take a close look at the Venetian Agios Andreas castle (18th century), as well as the Agios Georgios and Pantokratoras castles. The Agios Charalambos bishop’s cathedral and the Venetian clock tower rise up in the town centre, directly touching each other. Other interesting churches are Agios Nikolaos, Agios Athanasios and Panagia ton Xenon.

The sofa can be converted into a sofa bed for a further person (90 x 190cm). If there is a fourth person, then a further sofa bed can be set up in the living room. The bathroom comprises a shower, toilet, washbasin, hairdryer and toiletries.
There is a fireplace in the living room for heating on cold days. A mini bar will sweeten your evenings.
