With gorgeous views of the sea and forest area, this holiday home in Devon is an ideal choice for travellers looking for natural beauty. With 2 bedrooms to sleep 2 and features like swimming pool (shared) and balcony, this home is suitable for a couple who want privacy and comfort. You can go to the beach, located less than 7 km away, and get that perfect tan. All the amenities are also located within 5 km. There is a swimming pool (shared) in this holiday home, which is surrounded by stunning views, making your swim a pleasant experience. There is a balcony, from where you can enjoy views while sipping your cuppa. Parking is on-site. A washing machine and a tumble dryer are other available amenities. You can also bring 2 furry pets for £ 30/Pet/Stay.

Situated on a plateau directly overlooking the Bristol Channel, the Manor enjoys a spectacularly beautiful setting in 26 acres of secluded private grounds on this famously scenic coastline. The sand and shingle beach below features a waterfall, partly natural paddling and swimming pool, private jetty, rock pools and visiting seals, and was a reputed haunt of smugglers. Facing east, the landscaped, sheltered grounds and most of the apartments offer spectacular views of rugged cliffs and wooded hillsides - offering a unique location where Exmoor truly meets the sea. Morning sunshine bathes the front terraces with warm clear light, whilst evening sunsets transform the nearby cliffs with hues of glowing embers - an absolutely magical holiday setting! The grounds have beautifully mature, landscaped gardens, with sweeping lawns, an abundance of rhododendrons, fig trees, camellias and meandering pathways, and can be a riot of colour with each passing season. A walled garden surrounds the swimming pool area with lawns and patios ideal for sunbathing. Horseriding, walking and fly, lake and sea fishing are available nearby, with golf at Saunton or Ilfracombe a scenic 30 minute drive away. Bird watchers, wild flower enthusiasts and beachcombers will be richly rewarded, and wild fallow and red deer are frequent visitors joining many friendly squirrels within the grounds. Village amenities of Lynton, Lynmouth and Combe Martin are just a short and very scenic drive away. Being approached by a private lane with no passing traffic, the manor is a true haven of tranquility and simply ideal for couples and families who enjoy coastal walking or simply relaxing in a totally unspoilt natural environment.
