DESCRIPTION

Detached house isolated 280 sq. m, newly built and Mallorcan style equipped with air conditioning (heat and cold), satellite TV, DVD, HiFi and safety deposit box. It also has private pool with terrace, lawn and covered porch with barbecue overlooking the sea.

The House consists of a ground floor and floor. On the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with fireplace, a bedroom with two single beds and another single bedroom, bathroom and a large covered porch with barbecue. On the top floor you will find a living room with balcony views to the sea and with sofa bed, two double bedrooms and a bathroom.

Outside the House has private pool, garden area, barbecue and all other add-ins as furniture of Terrace, sun loungers and parasols.

Can Morey farm is located in a quiet area of the East of Mallorca, about 3 km from Porto Cristo and approximately 15 km from Porto Colom, in an area where the activities of the field still giving it the charm and tranquility of a rural area.

About 2 km away you will find beautiful beaches like Cala Mandia, Porto Cristo Novo, beaches such as Cala Varques beaches to practice sports such as Sa Coma and Cala Millor approximately 8 km away.

A few kilometres will also find as Rotana, Costa de los Pinos or Pula golf courses.
