Holiday house with a modern interior and a terrace
A 70m² house all on one level awaits you. The living room with an open kitchen measures around 35m² and has modern furnishing, with a comfortable suite, a big dining table and an LCD TV with satellite recorder. The kitchen is equipped with a big fridge, a stove with a ceramic hob and oven, and a microwave, as well as a kettle, coffee machine, toaster and Senseo machine. The house has two separate bedrooms with two double beds (180 x 200cm and 140 x 200cm). Both rooms have cupboards with ample storage space. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and WC. The whole house is laid with tiles or laminate flooring.
Outside there is a terrace with seating and a grill, for your own exclusive use. A trampoline, swing and slide are provided for active children.
Our small and quiet village of Tilzow is in a quiet and central location, about 2km to the south of the regional town of Bergen on Rügen. It is an ideal starting point for tours by car or bicycle around the island. The Ralswiek natural stage, known beyond the regional borders, is the venue for the annual Störtebeker festival, about 10km away. It is 15-25 minutes by car to the nearby Baltic seaside resorts (Binz, Selin, Baabe and Göhren). There are various shops and restaurants within 2.5km.
