Modern furnished holiday apartment with terrace
The house and furnishings are completely new. The comfortable apartment has three bedrooms with modern ergonomic mattresses. One of the bedrooms has a double bed. Furthermore, there are two bedrooms (toilet, bidet, shower) and a large combined kitchen/living area with all appliances as modern kitchen needs. [Fridge and freezer, electric oven, gas stoves, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave] In the living area there is also a TV and internet. A washing machine and dryer are also available. Beyond this one has access to a garden, terrace, car parking spaces and external closed shower outside with warm water is also available.
Long time tenants get upon agreement a discount. The owner is Italian and his wife German.
The idyllic town of Santa Caterina is situated on the western coast of Sardinia and offers you restaurants, groceries, a library and pharmacy. It is only 300 metres to the sea (Su Rio e sa Ide - not for beginners) and between 900 metres to 4 kilometres to the beach (depending on what one desires: Sand or pebble beach). There are also options for diving, swimming, surfing, underwater fishing, angling and water gymnastics with professional instructions. Those a bit more courageous can try out cliff diving from a height between 2 and 10 metres. In close proximity there is a mountain range with an altitude of up to 1,080 metres which invites you to hike or go Nordic-Walking.
Distances to the most important destinations: 7 km to the golf course, 28 km to the next major town (Oristano), 30 km to the next national and sport airport, 80 km to the next international airport, 110 km to the next ferry port.
