Beautiful house, renovated in 2019, surrounded by a forest of 25,000 square meters but at the same time not isolated and extremely prestigious. The villa has a beautiful swimming pool area with the characteristic lava stone from which flows a waterfall. The view of Etna is wonderful. The villa is located about 2 km from the center of Trecastagni, one of the most famous and refined cities in the area.

The interior consists of three bedrooms with three bathrooms, a huge living room with different corners: kitchen, fitness, library, television. The large windows overlook the pool and the panorama of Catania. The lounge leads to the relaxation area, with a large Jacuzzi overlooking the outdoor pool below. A romantic gate leads to the woods, where there is also a barbecue area available exclusively to guests. An oasis of peace and luxury awaits you. Bedrooms (3) and bathrooms (3): one double bedroom on the ground floor; one twin bedroom on the ground floor; one double bedroom on the mezzanine with en-suite bathroom (shower); one bathroom with shower on the ground floor; one bathroom with shower on the ground floor. Note: Electricity is included up to a consumption of 250 kWh per week. Beyond this limit, it will have a cost specified in the additional costs. The indoor swimming pool, in the small SPA room, is always full and at the complete disposal of guests. if you wish to have it heated, the additional cost is € 370 for 3 days, or € 450 for a whole week, always warm.

The exterior is characterized by a beautiful swimming pool area, equipped with sunbeds, tables, kiosk-bar and a beautiful forest of over two hectares in which you can venture and take unforgettable walks and enjoy nature and fresh air and clean.

Nearest market: 3 km - Nearest restaurant: 3 km - Nearest square (or town centre): 3 km Trecastagni is one of the most beautiful cities in the Etna park, renowned for its aristocratic architecture. Piazza Marconi is the heart of the city where you can spend pleasant moments. Through the characteristic narrow alleys, take a walk to the mother church of San Nicola, where you can enjoy a splendid view of the Ionian coast. We are in the eastern part of Sicily, and two masterpieces dominate the landscapes: the sea and the volcano Etna, united by something bigger than them: the blue of the Sicilian sky! The Etna Park (Unesco), with its inactive volcanoes (the sons of Etna), caves, forests, lava lands .... lasts 10 km. We recommend you to enjoy a tour on Etna. Catania, with its beautiful Via Etnea and its open-air markets, is 15 km away. The Playa (beaches) is 20 km away. I recommend visiting Acitrezza and Acicastello (12 km), fishing villages, where the lava flow has painted a castle and basalt giants (stacks). Taormina, the pearl of Sicily, is about 40 km away: it is a magical place with the beautiful Isolabella and its narrow streets full of history, a sort of vintage atmosphere and fashion: cool! Syracuse (Unesco), with its Greek masterpieces, is about 60 km away. Another tip is the visit of Pantalica (Unesco), with its over 3000 tombs carved into the rock, a river, a forest and a sort of mystery all around. At a glance: Acireale (baroque style, 10 km), Savoca (spot of the film The Godfather, 40 km), Brucoli (sea, 50 km), Megara Ibla (archaeology, 40 km), Randazzo (40 km), Giardini Naxos (sea, 30 km), Cavagrande del Cassibile (nature, 60 km). It's time to eat something and my advice is not to miss the Pasta alla Norma and to have, at least once, a typical Sicilian breakfast: granita and brioche! And, of course, fish, fish, fish, fish ..... and visit the outdoor fish markets (Riposto, Acitrezza, Catania).
