The VILLA is designed for families and friends to spend relaxing and memorable time together. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna, fully equipped kitchen, big living room with smart TV and piano, outdoor grill, and sunroof terrace with sea and mountain view are ideal for SOCIALISING. Six bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, allow for PRIVACY and quiet time. And the motorboat, wakeboard, windsurf, table-tennis and bicycles bring adrenaline and ADVENTURE. The beautiful 60 sqm OVERFLOW POOL with SUPER CLEAN WATER is HEATED to 26°C, day or night, ALL YEAR ROUND. Because we use ionizer, there is no need to worry about stinging eyes, irritated skin or heavy chlorine smell. Only smooth, transparent, inviting water.

During your stay at the Villa, you will be looked after by Nikola. He has lived his whole life in Zadar and knows exactly where to go for the best food, swim or fun. He will meet you on arrival and departure and be always accessible for questions or requests. Nikola will come to the Villa at a pre-agreed time to maintain the pool and do the HOUSEKEEPING. For an extra fee he can prepare your FAVOURITE MEALS, and you will particularly enjoy his Dalmatian culinary evening with mussels and freshly caught fish, accompanied by Dalmatian songs. You are FREE to use the 4-person MOTORBOAT if you have a licence. Or hire Nikola to be your SKIPPER. Nikola also has an 8-person motorboat and can take you to beautiful beaches on the NEIGHBOURING ISLANDS. He can teach you how to fish, drive a boat or windsurf. He can also prepare DAILY EXCURSIONS for you, guide you around the local sights and tell you many interesting stories.

The Villa is surrounded by olive trees and fields and the bamboo-like fence gives our guests maximum privacy. A quiet pebble beach with crystal clear sea is 150 m away. Tourist beaches, bars, shops, and restaurants are 1.5 km away. Zadar and Biograd are a 15-min drive away. And there are 5 NATIONAL PARKS within an hour's drive.
