It is ideal place  for  living all year or as a luxury holiday home.Â
A magnificent villa, surrounded by a beautiful green garden with a swimming pool, is located in a quiet residential area of ââCalafell, 15 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes from several supermarkets, a market, restaurants.
The house has a spacious living room on the ground floor, a kitchen with access to the garden and to the pool. On the same floor there are bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower.
On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are air-conditioners in the bedrooms on the second floor and in the living room.
In the shady garden there is an excellent barbecue and a dining area nearby.
The villa is an ideal place for families with children.
Distance to Port Aventura, Costa Caribe and Ferrari Land is 30 minutes away by car.
Across the street from the house is a tennis club where you can rent a court or order private lessons with a coach. Also there are children's summer courses.This accommodation does not accept groups of young people (up to 25 years).
