Villa Iasion is a beautiful two bedroom Villa, that covers 120 m2 and can accommodate 4 guests in beds and up to 6 if necessary and it’s decorated in great care and style.

Ground Floor

Entering the villa you will find yourselves in a spacious open plan area consisted of the living room and kitchen.

The living area offers two comfortable sofas, bluetooth speaker, a 42” satellite HDTV and also opens up to a veranda equipped with an outdoor sitting area, which leads you to the pool and the garden area. A few steps away a fully equipped kitchen with top quality fixtures and appliances, provides everything you need for a self catered holiday, as well as an indoor dining table, washing machine and tumble dryer. Finally, a bedroom with two single beds (which can also be set up as a king bed upon request), 32’’ HDTV and direct exit to pool area is also available on the ground floor, as well as a bathroom, which is designed for guests with mobility restrictions and features a shower with hydromassage.

First Floor

Reaching the first floor through the staircase, the second bedroom awaits you, featuring a king sized bed (which can also be set up as two single ones if you wish), 32’’ HDTV and access to a private veranda equipped with patio furniture. Also, this bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with shower cabin and siting area with a sofa. Both bedrooms and the living room are air conditioned, sunny and airy all day long, thanks to the large glass doors, creating a wonderful summer vibe.

Outdoor area

The beautifully landscaped outdoor area enjoys stunning country side views, making you feel close to nature, offering a variety of facilities at the same time, which include:

- a 25 m2, private swimming pool with hydromassage function, which can also be heated with an additional charge. The depth of the pool is 1-1.6 m.

- Fully equipped, gas barbecue facilities.

- Outdoor dining area for the whole group.

- A variety of furnished spots (with sun beds, umbrellas and outdoor siting area)

- Parking space for 2 cars

- The outdoor area is fenced, offering privacy to our guests.
