Three room apartment I floor with air conditioning.
The apartment is a first and last floor (no elevator only stairs) in a small housing context, very quite and private place, next to Viale Dolomiti, the most important street of Lido Pomposa and 350m far away from the beach and shops center.
To access the apartment there is a staircase and then a corridor. Living room with TV, sofa bed for 1 person, balcony; kitchenette with stove, oven, washing machine, fridge with freezer. Bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a single bed and an extra bed. Bathroom with shower box and bidet. Mosquito nets on the windows. Air conditioning with only a splitter.
Possibility to parking one car next to the building.
PRICE INCLUDED use of : WATER (HOT/COLD),ELECTRICITY,GAS.
Kitchen equipment, mattress topper, pillow cases are included. Bed linen and towels are not included.
FINAL COMPULSORY CLEANING:
Cleaning and Disinfection will be performed by Certified Companies operating specifically in this industry and will work according to the protocol of the Emilia Romagna's Region. PG/2020/0381907 of 22/05/2020.
However, you are asked to return the accommodation in order, with kitchen equipment ( pots, glasses, plates, cutlery,...) clean.
Pets allowed: for the holiday with animals, where permitted, must be previously requested the permission to the Agency.
Check- in from 16:00 pm to 19:00 pm, Check-out from 09:00 am to 10:00 am at the Timone's Agency.
You will find us every day from 9:00 am to 12:30 am, to 15:00 pm to 19:00 pm.
PRICE NOT INCLUDED: Tourist tax (to pay during check-in and by cash), up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights. Children under 12 y.o are excluded from payment.
