The balcony is equipped with a seating area and is covered.   There is a charcoal grill in the courtyard. Near the grill is a seating area with a large outdoor meal table.

There is no charge for use of the internet and air conditioning.  Parking is provided in front of the house in the patio and is free of charge.  A washing machine service is free of charge.

The center of Novalja is 900 meters away. There are restaurants and shops there.  You can rent a boat or go to another island with a boat. Beaches with clear sea are numerous and 900 m away. A bus stop is 250 m away.
