Large villa with a covered patio, a garden and a pool

The villa is located on a hill and offers stunning views of the mountains and the ocean. It offers peace and quiet, yet you can reach the town of Sedella on foot. It is a unique location and the views can almost not be topped.

Some of the highlights of this large and bright property are the modern furnishings, the covered patio, the pool, the courtyard with the fountain and the accessibility to Sedella on foot. The villa has two storeys. On the ground floor, you will find the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, a utility room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Outside, you will find a covered patio with a comfortable sitting area and a dining table; additionally, there are four large patios by the pool. Of course, outdoor furniture and sun loungers are available. There is also seating accommodation in the inner courtyard by the fountain. Outside you will find a barbecue. Plenty of parking is available.

The property is accessible via a paved road. The house also offers a free wireless internet access, a washing machine and a high chair.

The area is ideal for hiking. In town, accessible on foot, you will find two restaurants and a supermarket. It is about 30 minutes' drive to the ocean and the beach in Torre del Mar.
