Spacious holiday house with four bedrooms, a lounge, several balconies and good transport connections to the ski piste

This holiday house is in the centre of Klösterle, but nevertheless quietly situated, right by the idyllic Wälebach.

The residence provides its guests with a total of four bedrooms and 120m² of living space, spread over two floors. There is a washing machine in the cellar, along with a ski storage room, a bathroom with a shower and WC, and the central heating. You enter the house at ground level, which has an entrance area, a kitchen-diner with a dining table and kitchen unit (hob, oven, dishwasher), a lounge with satellite TV, a three-bed room with a shower and WC, satellite TV and a separate WC. The bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. The upper floor has two bedrooms each with a double bed, each with their own bathroom (shower, WC), satellite TV and a balcony. Here there is also the second three-bed room with its own bathroom (shower, WC) and satellite TV. The beds all have standard measurements (double beds 180 x 200cm, single beds 90 x 200cm). Bed linen is provided and the beds are already made on arrival, which means you can just move in and enjoy your holiday.

There is plenty of parking space right in front of the house. In the cellar there is a gas grill, which can be set up in front of the house in nice weather.

What awaits you is an Alpine winter sports centre in the midst of the Lechtaler Alps. It is just a three-minute walk to the bus stop, with connections to Sonnenkopf (2.5km) and Stuben (5km). From Stuben you can easily get to the most beautiful winter sports areas of Arlberg on skis, such as St. Christoph, Zürs, Lech and St. Anton.
