Three comfortable holiday houses in the first row

The houses enjoy a wonderful panoramic location on the outskirts of St. Margarethen – an absolute highlight.

The holiday houses have tiled ground floors with a comfortable living and dining room and a fireplace stove, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a quality shower, WC and sauna. All the bedrooms (wood-effect laminate flooring) are on the upper floor and have double beds (180 x 200cm). Two of them have a balcony with a lovely view of the valley. The bedroom without a balcony has a TV. The upper floor also has a second tiled bathroom.

The roofed terrace with garden furniture, a parasol and loungers affords a fabulous panoramic view of the mountain world and invites you to relax. A parking space is provided.

You can set out on hikes straight from the house. The ski piste is 300 metres away and from there you can ski down to the cable car. The village centre with shops is also just 300 metres away. The well-known Moosham Castle is just 2km away. Hiking, culture, sport and relaxation are the name of the game here. Moosham Castle, which you can see from the terrace and the balcony, is a world cultural heritage site. In winter you can enjoy lovely snow hikes, skiing trips and horse-drawn sled rides. There are also cross-country skiing trails nearby. In summer the beautiful hiking paths will entice you, as well as a range of sports such as cycling, e-biking, paragliding, wildwater rafting and so on. The houses combine the atmosphere of a chalet with the comfort of a classy holiday house. The golf course is 2km away, the motorway about 5km away. Families with children and those seeking peace and quiet will enjoy it here. Many lovely music festivals and the well-know farmers’ autumn are held in the Lungau region. It is just 250 metres to restaurants that are good value for money and offer the popular Lungau cuisine. The fairytale walking path and the small animal zoo are highlights for children. They will be so tired in the evening that they will go to bed voluntarily. Other trips include Millstätter Lake and Minimundus in Klagenfurt, where you can see all European cities and monmuments in a miniature format. It is a good alternative to a holiday in South Tyrol or Bavaria, as the hiking trails are not overcrowded here. You can find peace and quiet. Your dog will like it here too. The mountains and clean air await you.


Holiday house for six people, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sauna

The beautiful , new holiday house with a comfortable and tasteful interior will make you feel at home straight away. Its fully-equipped kitchen provides everything you might need. The comfortable living and dining room with a flatscreen TV and a big sofa ensures cosy evenings by the fireplace. The under-floor heating on the ground floor provides additional comfort. There is a bathroom with a shower, WC and sauna on the ground floor. There is also a room with a washing machine and dryer. The upper floor has three bedrooms, one with a TV, and another bathroom with a shower and WC. Two of the bedrooms have a balcony. Free wireless Internet access is available, but is restricted, with registration required.

Caution construction work: We would like to point out that from 4 September 2017 there will be construction activities, below this house. In below this house, a new building is being built. The estimated working hours are from 07:00 - 18:00 from Monday to Friday.
