Stunning villa with a large pool by the beach

This stunning, detached villa with a large house and pool is located in a popular neighbourhood in a swimming cove away from the centre of town.

This property is impressive! It sits elevated above a garage and is surrounded by natural stone walls. The tall plan trees lead the way to the staircase, which leads to the entrance, the conservatory and the pool. The luxurious 152 m², two storey holiday home boasts three comfortable double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living/dining room, a large, separate kitchen and a cosy conservatory. The first bedroom is furnished with a 180 cm x 200 cm canopy bed. The second bedroom is furnished with a comfortable 200 cm x 200 cm double bed. The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm each). All beds boast quality sheets. At the heart of the house is the classic living room with comfortable sofas and an armchair, where you can relax in the evening. For your evening entertainment, there are a flat screen satellite TV and a DVD player. The dining table can accommodate all guests for a communal meal. The large kitchen is furnished with all necessary appliances and plenty of counter space, so you can cook comfortably. It is equipped with a four burner glass ceramic stove, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher and small appliances, such as a toaster, a kettle and a coffee maker. The conservatory offers another dining table and chairs in front of the fireplace. The spacious bathroom boasts a window, a bathtub, a double sink with under sink storage and a toilet. The second bathroom boasts a shower tub, a sink, a toilet and a washing machine. There is also a window with a mosquito net. The house is air conditioned (heating/cooling). The house also has wireless internet access.

Outside, you will find the 800 m² property with no direct neighbours. The subtropical garden surrounds a large private pool (10 m x 5 m x 1.20 m, depth up to 2.10 m). Next to the pool ate two sun loungers and a dining table and chairs, where you can enjoy your meals al fresco. The garage offers a gym and a ping pong table.

It is only 150 meters to a beautiful swimming cove. It is only 200 meters to a restaurant. Restaurants and nightlife, shops and bars can be found in town, only 2 km from the house. It is 1 km to a tennis court and 5 km to a golf course.
