Holiday apartment with a terrace and car parking space

Trins is about 30km from Innsbruck in a southerly direction. The house stands alone in a nature reserve area, in a quiet location by a forest.

The apartment is on the first floor (attic) and has heating. It provides around 75m² of living space comprising two bedrooms, a living room-kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a bath and WC. One bedroom has a double bed (180cm) which can be pulled out for two children (each bed 90cm wide) and one bedroom has a double bed (170cm wide) with access to the terrace. The living room-kitchen has a sofa bed for one person (135cm wide). The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and freezer compartment, a stove with an oven, a dishwasher, a kettle and a filter coffee machine.

There is also a terrace with a panoramic view, with deckchairs and seating. The terrace is for your own exclusive use and is accessible from the apartment. The car parking space is right in front of the house on the site.

Very nearby there is a Kneipp facility and a cross-country skiing trail runs right past the house. Trins has a little ski lift, a grocery shop, and 7km away the Steinacher cable cars with a larger ski resort. You can go on many hikes and mountain tours, for beginners and the more advance, in the valley. It is 10km to a climbing area. The house basement has a little “house shop”, where the owners sell homemade produce (jams, cheese, bacon, sausage, bread etc.). Items for your first breakfast are provided and await you in the fridge.

    “Very nice, simple apartment. It is really everything you need, as at home.
    Everything was neat and clean. The bed is a bit small for a 1.82 m tall people, but still fitting. The rooms are not very high due to the construction of the house.
    The location is off the beaten track, rather for hikers and people the absolute peace as we liked it.

    “Very cozy apartment, furnished in detail. Very quiet, idyllic area with great views. However not recommended for persons over 1.80 m, as there is a pitched roof, low doors and the bed (1.80m long) very restricts the freedom of movement, as well as bumps remain insufficient.
