Block house with a sauna, terrace and garden, on an extensive site, ideal in summer and in winter

The block huts in the family-run holiday village are near Ramundberget in the Funäsfjällen region near the highest mountain in Sweden in Härjedalen. The holiday village is in a very quiet area on the Ljusnan slope 400 metres from the main road.

The block house with a quality interior is on two floors of equal size and can accommodate up to nine people. The ground floor has a spacious hall with under-floor heating and a bathroom with a shower, toilet and sauna. One bedroom has a double bed 160cm wide, the other has two bunk beds (90 x 200cm), as well as a TV. There is plenty of storage space in the bedrooms. Pine wood stairs lead upstairs to the living room with a corner sofa and comfortable armchair, a TV with six channels, a DVD player, wireless Internet access and a fireplace with free firewood. The open kitchen is fully-equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and crockery for 12 people. The fold-out dining table is for up to ten people. The next bedroom has a double bed 140cm wide and a loft bed 90cm wide. The second bathroom has a shower, toilet, tiles and under-floor heating.

A terrace door opens onto the beautiful terrace with garden furniture and a grill. There is a laundry room for shared use, as well as a grill area. There are parking spaces next to the hut.

In summer there are hills with flowers outside the hut and in winter it is right next to the ski pistes. It is 900 metres to a restaurant, shops, a pay & play golf course, bicycle and canoe hire, and in summer the cable car taking you up to 1000 metres, where you can set out on several mountain tours with a view of the mountain peaks in all directions. It is 22km to the nearest town with larger grocery shops, a medical centre and pharmacy. It is 760km from Göteborg and 450km from Oslo. Funasfjällen is a popular tourist destination. The summertime is suitable for light hikes on the easily accessible mountain with a wealth of flowers. Here you can find more than 60 peaks over 1000 metres in altitude. In winter there is a focus on alpine tourism. The 300-kilometre-long Country Nordic Ski Complex starts right by the hut.
