Holiday house in a quiet location by a vineyard, with its own terrace and garden

This beautiful, quiet and luxurious holiday house is located just 3 minutes from Lake Garda, by a vineyard.

The ground floor, about 45m², has an integrated, fully-equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, mini oven, gas stove, dishwasher, two fridges and an open fireplace, as well as a large dining corner. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two people, a large flatscreen TV with satellite reception and German cable TV, and a stereo system. Internet access is available on request. On the first floor, which has a children’s safety gate on the stairs, there are two bedrooms with large double beds (1.90 x 2m). One room also has a supplementary bed. The bathroom with a bidet, shower and washing machine is also on the first floor.

The terrace is completely roofed over and furnished with teak wood furniture. A Weber barbecue is available. The garden is fenced and two large teak wood loungers invite you to relax. There is also an outdoor shower.

There are two car ports for parking cars on the fenced site. Pets are allowed.

Shops and restaurants are a three-minute drive away, the locality of Lazise five minutes away.

    “We found the house before in unclean, apparently only superficially cleaned condition.
    The sofa bed was so dirty that it was unusable for us. The toilet was full of debris, the shower curtain in the lower third mildewed.
