Holiday chalet in a sunny location with a garden, terrace and beautiful mountain view

The chalet is at 900 metres above sea level, with a view of the mountain world opposite, as well as of Niedernsill.

The house is made of solid wood, creating a unique and healthy indoor climate. The living room has a big, deep sofa for the whole family to relax on, watch TV (a very big flatscreen TV) and play, as well as a wood-burning stove with a big glass front, providing pleasant warmth. There are also infrared radiators. The dining space has a comfortable corner bench for up to ten people. Behind it there is the fully-equipped, modern kitchen (including a fondue and raclette set etc.) with an adjoining bar. The two main bedrooms each have a flatscreen TV and a double bed, as well as a balcony with a wonderful view. The third bedroom with a bunk bed can accommodate up to four people, with the addition of a double bed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the third bathroom is downstairs. Two supplementary beds are available and there is also a sauna.

The lovely terrace and the garden provide space to grill outdoors in summer.

You can set out on beautiful hikes and mountain tours right from the chalet. Ski tourers can also set out from the chalet, or from a few curves higher up. Owing to the central location of Niedernsill, the most beautiful ski resorts, lakes, golf courses etc. are within easy access. The village has a free ski bus and local train. There are lovely natural bathing lakes in Niedernsill, as well as in the neighbouring localities of Uttendorf and Piesendorf. There are also beaches in Zell am See, 15-20 minutes away. It is about 1.3km into the centre, where you can find the nearest shops. Niedernsill has a children’s and family piste with a ski school. There is extensive information material available in the chalet.

    “We booked the cabin with 6 adults, 1 toddler and 2 dogs for the winter holidays. Overall, we felt very comfortable, there is a pleasant atmosphere in the house.
