Typical Swedish house, with a garden and its own boat jetty

The beautifully laid-out site of around 1631m² with lawns and trees enjoys a quiet location and is part of a little estate occupied by Swedish people, near the town of Mölltorp and 5km from Karlsborg.

The house with a typical Swedish wooden construction, a red exterior facade with white edges and windows, and providing around 80m² of living space, can accommodate four people and also has a guest house for two people. The residential house has a bathroom with a shower, WC and washing machine. The kitchen has a dining space and access to the garden and is equipped with a fridge, microwave, freezer, stove, extractor fan and dishwasher, as well as other appliances (toaster, kettle, espresso machine, bread cutter). The living room is comfortably furnished. It has an open fireplace, a radio, an LED TV with a satellite receiver. You go through the living room to get to the conservatory with access to the terrace and the garden.

There is a guest house on site for two people, also with electricity and heating. There is also an annex on site with storage space.

Bottensjön about 200 metres away is within easy access. It is just 200 metres to a generous swimming spot with a swing and seating. It is 50 metres further to the private boat jetty with a rowing boat (No. 11). The rowing boat and a motor can be hired optionally. The lake is good for swimming and fishing. The nearest shopping facilities are about 1 km away.

    “A nice house with land and environment. The house itself is superbly furnished. Kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, furniture (indoor and outdoor), winter garden, bicycles, barbecue everything available, which one needed. The Swedish and German neighbors was a good and nice commented.     “We stayed 2 weeks in August and we really liked, quiet location, very well-equipped house. We have all meals served in the conservatory, which is great. There were five, so had 2 sleep in the guest house, nicely furnished and a rest to sleep, which was great. The only complaint here, there is only the bathroom in the main house.
