Holidays for the entire family on a historic agritourism with a 32 hectare nature park with a pool, a football pitch and a private fishing lake

This agritourism (Italian holiday farm) is located in the municipality of Reggello, in a sunny and rural area.

The property offers plenty of space and opportunity to retreat, spend the day in outside and really enjoy the outdoors: the 32 hectare private property offers olive groves, vineyards, a large natural park and a small private fishing lake. The 20 x 6 meter community swimming pool with varying water depths from 105-170cm is open from June through September. Cool off or swim laps - the owners even keep track of their guests' record times. If you prefer soccer - head to the football pitch. There are two barbecues on the property for our guests to use wherever they like. The property has the following layout: there are two houses with holiday apartments and a former granary, which is used for big get-togethers and parties, such as weddings or large meetings. Apart from these three large buildings, there are numerous small outbuildings. The two houses are connected by a courtyard on one side and have the garden, which seamlessly leads into the nature park on the other side.

One of the apartments is handicap accessible (Object 840900 and one is located in a detached single family house (Object 840902). For special events and upon request, the granary can be utilized by our guests for sampling local products or to enjoy a pizza from the wood oven. Let the atmosphere of this property enchant you and enjoy a holiday on a century old Tuscan country manor house. The agritourism as it exists today has developed over the years, when more and more outbuildings were built on the property.

In Vaggio, only a few hundred meters from the agritourism, you can find a small grocery store and a pizzeria. After about four kilometres, in Figline and Reggello, there are more restaurants and pizzerias and a large supermarket (Figline). A factory outlet mall with brands, such as Gucci, Valentino, Armani, Prada can be found about ten kilometres from the agritourism. The historic property is in equidistance from Florence, Siena and Arezzo, making it an ideal base for exploring Tuscany's rich culture. The property is about 27 kilometres southeast of Florence.

The holiday apartment is located in building 1 (see photos). It is on the ground floor and comprises a kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom. Like the other holiday accommodation of this agriturismo, this apartment has also been decorated thoughtfully in a rustic style and exudes a very homely atmosphere. In the living area there is an inviting seating corner with a sofa and armchair, for cosy togetherness, while the dining table awaits you for meals together. The sofa bed in this room is for one person. The kitchen area is behind the living area in an open room without a door. In the fully-equipped kitchen there is a gas stove, oven and fridge with freezer compartment. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the bathroom has a shower and bidet. In addition, the holiday apartment provides digital television in the living room, independent gas heating, and a washing machine in the kitchen.

Near the entrance to the holiday apartment, in the shared garden, a table and chairs are provided for guests.
