Set in the middle of beautiful gardens, this one bedroomed villa for 2-4 persons is ideal for a relaxing, peaceful holiday in rural settings. There is a lovely view of the countryside and Bay of San Antonio. Ideal starting point for excursions to the unspoilt inside of the island. The most beautiful beaches like Cala Conta, Cala Tarida and Cala d´Hort are reachable within 5-10 minutes by car. San Antonio and San Agustin are at a distance of about 2 miles.

A large pool and terraces are shared with another 9 villas which are distributed on about 3 acres of gardens. It is quiet and restful at all times, shaded by oleander trees and sunshades. You still hear the crickets at night and the birds in the morning.

The villa has all the comforts, is fully equipped with all you need and is cleaned three times a week. It can sleep two persons in the bedroom and another two persons on the double sofa bed in the lounge. It is air-conditioned, has SAT-TV, flat screen television and wi-fi. Reading a book, taking a drink or eating on the spacious covered terrace, overlooking oleander bushes, bougainvilleas and hibiscus will make your holiday especially relaxing.

Ideal for couples who like a little more space and for families and small groups.

If you like to be away from all the noise of the busy tourist centre yet still able to get there in a few minutes, this is the ideal setting for you.

You can enjoy the Ibicencan summer or winter . In the winter ...the villa can be heated and it is an experience to see the island all in white during the almond blossom in January/February. There are many possibilities for lovely walks and seeing spots you would never look for during the summer. It is a different and very interesting island in the winter.

    “beautiful bungalow in a park where some of 9 houses. The cottages are spacious, have a full kitchen, a good bed and a nice sitting area overlooking the green garden. The location is close to Sant Antoni and therefore central in Ibiza. We were walking and were able to stroll around. The landlord is very friendly and the house is cleaned about every three days.
