Holiday apartment with garden and direct access to the lake

The holiday apartment is located in a villa surrounded by beautiful scenery in Manerba del Garda, Lombardy. It is in a quiet residential area, just 200 metres from the lake. A little paradise amid nature.

The apartment has a separate entrance and is located on the ground floor. Two bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed respectively, as well as a wardrobe, are at your disposal. An additional single bed can be placed here.There is a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen-cum-living room has a television with satellite TV as well as a dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery.

An own garden with a terrace (30 sqm) with table, chairs, deck chairs and sunshade invites you to relax. Parking spaces are also available.

The owner lives next door in the complex. Upon requests he offers tours with a motor boat (fee applicable).

Direct access to the lake is only a five-minute walk away. The bay at the lake is one of the most beautiful bays at Lake Garda, with the conigli (rabbits) and the Garda island that can be reached by boat. The towns of Salò and Desenzano are only a few kilometres away. The mountains can also be reached quickly.
