Holiday apartment with a balcony and a garden

This is a very well-equipped and spacious apartment for up to ten people, with 90m² of living space plus 15m² balcony. The apartment has a double bedroom and a three-bed room, with the possibility to add a supplementary bed to each of them. There is another walk-through room with double beds and a connecting door. A cot can also be added. All four rooms provide 80cm HD flatscreen TVs, with satellite channels and wireless Internet access. There is a WC with a washbasin and there is a bathroom with a double washbasin, corner bath, spacious shower, WC, under-floor heating, hairdryer and towel radiator. The big, well-equipped kitchen provides a fridge, separate freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, extractor fan, dishwasher, coffee machine, egg boiler, kettle, CD player and flatscreen HD TV.

The apartment has balconies, one facing east and one facing south-west. These two illuminated balconies can be accessed from all the bedrooms and from the kitchen and provide tables and chairs. It is permitted to smoke on the balconies. A ground-level ski storage room and in summer a ground-level, lockable bicycle storage room are provided, as well as an electric drying facility for ski boots and clothing in the house.

There are plenty of parking spaces available.

The house enjoys a central, quiet and sunny location in the valley below Mayrhofen and is an ideal starting point for sports activities. The balcony affords a direct view of the Horberg-Penken ski resort. Thevalley station is just 1.5km away, Ahorn 3km away and the Zillertal-Arena 4.5km away. There is a ski bus right nearby, just a minute’s walk away.

    “The apartment is very well designed and actually offers enough space for 9-10 people. The location is great too! Ski bus station is just around the corner and with the car you have not ever go up the mountains. Very clean apartment and a very nice bathroom with shower and bath. The balcony is ideal as 2nd refrigerator, at least in winter. Each room is equipped with a modern TV with international channels.

    The issue with the smell of smoke, we can confirm, unfortunately, the hallway to the apartment smells very penetrant thereafter. Unfortunately there was no toaster and the service no toilet paper is included. We thought that was very unfortunate. I also soap probably not always available.
