Holiday house with two terraces and a community pool on a Finca

This guest house is located on a safe, fenced in Finca on 10,000 m2 at the edge of a pine forest. The location is very quiet as the neighbouring Fincas are rarely visited.

The house has three bedrooms with a French bed, one with a single bunk bed and each bedroom has a wardrobe and small furnishings. A travel cot and a high chair are available upon request. The bathroom has a shower. Towels and bedding are supplied, beach towels are not. The spacious kitchen is well equipped with an oven, a gas stove, a small electric oven, a toaster, a kettle and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and all necessary utensils. The cosy living room is furnished with a fireplace, a two and a three seater sofa, a television with satellite reception and air conditioning, a dining table and Wi-Fi.

There are numerous flowers, bushes and trees. There is an arbour and two horse stables. The Finca has a community swimming pool and a paddling pool for the kids. The main house's patio does not overlook the guest house. The guest house has two patios. One is partially covered and offers a dining area for al fresco dining. The second one is shaded with trees and a sun shade and also has dining table/chairs, sun loungers and a barbecue.

The access is on a sandy road. The cars can be parked under the carport on the property.

Almonte, the nearest town, is about 3 km and offers shops, restaurants and cafes. It is a typical Andalusian Pueblo with a heated swimming pool. 8 km toward the ocean is the famous pilgrimage site of El Rocio. During Whitsun, about 1 million visitors and 50,000 horses come here. Bird and nature lovers will love the natural reserve of Donana, neighboring El Rocio. The reserve reaches the ocean and includes Matalascanas and its beautiful sandy beach. It is about 25 km from the property. We also recommend trips to the ships of Columbus in Palos, near Huelva, Niebla, Minas de Riotinto, a train trip through the mine, Aracenas' caves und Seville.

    “The property is very quiet in a pine forest. Personally we found it a bit too lonely and the weather in early March had rainy days, we found the accommodation inside a little dark. Weather permitting, the terraces are great to have breakfast on the left and right of the hotel there to barbecue in the evening or just relax. All the accommodation is nicely planted and flourished already glorious. The spring-like cold once the sun had set, was not a problem through a fast heated stoves. The landlord was very nice and helpful. There are three very nice dogs and two horses who also like walk past on site ;-)
    For trips to Sevilla, Huelva, to the sea, Italica, the location is great. Jerez de la Frontera, Arcos de la Frontera (white village), Cadiz, Gibraltar was already not as favorable. The Donana National Park has us now not so enthusiastic, but we also have not made any guided tour, but are themselves a bit moved.”

    “Travel time was from 04.10.-10.16.2016. We have been as a family with 2 children (17.5 years) there. The house is situated on a spacious finca and is managed by a very nice German couple. We wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle at home. The location of the finca offers peace and relax in a beautiful location in the middle of a pine forest.
