Holiday apartment with sun terrace on the roof, close to the sea

Directly at the sea and the beach of El Vendrell, between Barcelona (50 minutes by train, bus or car) and Tarragona (30 minutes). Quiet area, family-like atmosphere (mainly local tourism), and a wide sandy beach (one of the beaches with the highest iodine content of the Costa Dorada). This beach is monitored by lifeguards in July and August (lifeguard stations are only 50m away).

This is an apartment which is situated on the top floor of a three-floor building. The apartment has four rooms. There is a living room (view of the sea) with digital television (in the original language). The kitchen is integrated and fully equipped with utensils, dishwasher, microwave oven and glass ceramic hob, among others. There is a bedroom (double bed) with a view of the sea, another large bedroom with two beds, and a bedroom with a bed and one additional bed. In total, two bathrooms - each with bathtub and toilet - are available: one belongs to the first bedroom, while the second is in the rear of the apartment (with a washing machine). A separate sunning area is on the roof. There is disabled access to the apartment building and to the apartment. Pets are welcome. For the colder days or nights, there is a fireplace in living room; wood is available free of charge. The owner speaks German, English and French.

The beach promenade (pedestrian precinct) and the beach are in front of the house. There is a terrace (table and chairs) with a panoramic sea view.

Bars, restaurants and shopping possibilities (including kiosks, pharmacy, groceries for your daily needs, among others) are within walking distance, while large markets are about three kilometres away. Internet (for free) in bars in walking distance.

    “We were there in the fall with three children. The apartment is spacious, well divided and interesting and loving. It has two bathrooms. The double bed was somewhat small for us. The balcony overlooking the sea is fantastic and the beach is on the doorstep. It is quiet and we had the beach to ourselves, so to speak.
