The guesthouse is centrally located between the Zillertal Arena and Hochzillertal, Hochfügen and Spieljoch ski resorts. It is amidst meadows away from traffic.

It provides a sun terrace, a lawn with a little garden house and grill area, a children’s playground, a 4x2-metre trampoline, parking spaces or an underground garage, a ski storage room, proximity to a cross-country skiing trail, a sledging piste, a children’s practice lift and a cycle path. Enjoy your well-deserved holiday in the lovely area, the first holiday region in Zillertal. It offers a range of sports activities, as well as cultural and culinary experiences. If you enjoy golf, then you are also in luck here. In winter 625 kilometres of pistes await you in the Zillertal, including glaciers, 200km of cross-country trails and 15 sledging pistes, as well as plenty of après-ski and mountain chalets. The apartments and rooms are just a five-minute walk from the centre of Ried im Zillertal, with many restaurants, ski hire and a supermarket.

You are greeted by a spacious living and sleeping room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. You can sit at the table for six people and enjoy the meals you have cooked yourself in the fully-equipped, open kitchen, equipped with a hob with two rings, microwave, fridge-freezer etc. You can order fresh bread rolls daily. The sofa in the living room can be used as a bed. The satellite TV provides entertainment. The bedrooms have a light décor. The first has a double bed, the second has a bunk bed and a single bed. The bathroom has a shower, WC and washbasin. Free wireless Internet access is available. The solid wood furniture and the parquet flooring are particularly homely and pleasant.

You can store your ski boots and ski clothing in the ski cellar.

You can park your car by the accommodation. Relax in the big garden with a lawn, while your children are playing and having fun (trampoline, Wendy house, football goal, table tennis etc.).
