Finca with a wonderful garden and pool in a lovely, quiet location

This finca is very comfortable, in excellent condition, well-maintained, and made of natural stone. It is situated in the countryside between Campos and Felanitx.

The four-star country house has been fully furnished to a high standard, with three bedrooms (two with a double bed (160x190) and one with two single beds (90x190)). Two of the bedrooms have their own LCD TV with satellite reception. The main bedroom is located on the ground floor and has an en-suite bathroom with hydro-massage bathtub. Two bedrooms are on the first floor along with a further bathroom and a terrace, from where you can view the garden and the swimming pool. On the ground floor there is a guest bathroom with a shower, a fully-equipped large country kitchen, a spacious dining room and a large living room with a fireplace.

Two spacious, roofed terraces are furnished with wooden dining tables, wooden chairs, wicker chairs and loungers. All outdoor areas are decorated with flowering plants, some of which are exotic species, which create a very pleasant atmosphere. The beautifully landscaped garden is very well maintained and lovingly designed by a gardener. The mosaic-tiled pool is located in the garden area, surrounded by comfortable deckchairs, green lawns and tiled terraces.

The location is very quiet. Ideal for thoroughly invigorating yourself and leaving all your cares behind you. The two villages are about six kilometres away down asphalt roads, while the beautiful beach of Es Trenc is about fifteen kilometres away. Here you will find shops and restaurants.

    “We spent 12 wonderful days at the Finca. The entire property is laid out beautifully and the house has everything you need to feel at ease. The kitchen is well equipped, lacking nothing. (There is even a second kitchen which is from the rear side, where there is also a beautiful, protected from the wind seat, accessible.)
